Made to Order, Then Shipped With Care

Many Ad Lunam Designs products are personalized or produced to order. Production time depends on the product, material, order quantity, and complexity of the requested customization.

Order Processing

We begin production after required personalization details, artwork, and any applicable proof approvals are complete. If we need clarification before manufacturing, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout when supported for the products in your cart. Orders containing items produced or fulfilled through different facilities may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking

When tracking information is provided by the carrier or fulfillment partner, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Address Changes

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@adlunamdesigns.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment has begun.

Carrier Delays

Transit times are controlled by the carrier once a package has been accepted. If a shipment appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will help review the available tracking and fulfillment information.
