What can Ad Lunam Designs customize?

Depending on the project, we work with wood, acrylic, leather, glass, metal, stone, and garments using laser engraving, laser marking, UV printing, and related production methods. The best process depends on the material, design, quantity, and intended use.

Can you engrave my logo or artwork?

Yes, in many cases. Vector artwork is preferred for crisp engraving and production, but high-resolution raster artwork may also work depending on the design. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it for the requested project.

What file formats work best?

SVG, PDF, EPS, and other clean vector formats are generally preferred. High-resolution PNG or similar raster files can also be evaluated. If your artwork needs cleanup or conversion, we will identify that during project review.

Do you provide artwork proofs?

For projects that require layout, personalization, or artwork confirmation, a proof may be provided before production. Production begins after required details and approvals are complete.

Do you handle business, team, school, or event orders?

Yes. Ad Lunam Designs supports custom and branded projects for businesses, organizations, teams, schools, weddings, events, recognition programs, and other group orders.

How long does a custom order take?

Timing varies with the product, material, quantity, artwork, manufacturing process, and current production load. If you have a required event or delivery date, include it when you contact us so we can evaluate the project before committing to a schedule.

Will natural materials look exactly the same from piece to piece?

No. Wood, leather, stone, and other natural materials can vary in color, grain, texture, and how they react to engraving. Those variations are part of the material rather than manufacturing defects.

Can an order arrive in more than one shipment?

Yes. Products made or fulfilled through different facilities may ship separately, especially when an order combines custom-manufactured items with partner-fulfilled products.
